Leppävirta Museum of Local History

The museum collection includes approximately 3 000 heritage items and 7 000 photos that bring the history, culture, industry and commerce of the area to life, all the way from Stone Age to the present day.

Open:
Between 11 June–15 August 2010:
- from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00–16:00,
- from Saturday to Sunday between 12:00-15:00 
- Mondays closed
- at other times by arrangement

Entrance fee:
- 2,00 euros for adults
- 1,00 euros for children
